HNJBL's Garden Edging
Building and planting a raised garden bed is a project that can be simplified. If you choose the materials to do it yourself, it may take about a day to complete. But with our products and our professional guidance, you can complete it in less than half a day. The general steps for using our garden edging include:
1. Plan your garden site and use a ruler to measure the size
2. Choose a retaining board of the right size
3. Insert it underneath
4. Hammer it firmly with a hammer
Let's take a detailed look at each stage of this work
The raised flower bed can be as simple as the simplest rectangle, circle, etc., but the specific size and shape are up to you. But it must be at least 6 inches high to provide enough production space for the roots of plants. The garden edging provided by our company is mainly 150*115*1075*1.5mm, made of weathering steel. Of course, there are other materials such as stainless steel, galvanized steel, carbon steel, etc.
After measuring the size of the raised bed, tell us the size, and you just wait for delivery.
After receiving our products, if you want a garden edging of other sizes, you can also cut it. Generally, there will be nails at both ends of the edging we make for connection. After cutting, you need to drill holes with an electric drill and then fix them with screws.
It will be easier to install it by shoveling out the outline at the location you have planned. Try to set the raised bed on the land instead of hard concrete ground, so that the roots of the plants can grow and drain normally.
Choose your plants and choose the right high-quality soil according to your plants. Mix nutrient-rich soil and compost to fill the garden bed.
Place the plant in the hole and fill it lightly with soil, being careful not to compact it. Keep the soil around the plant loose so that water can reach the roots. The next step is watering. Water once when you first plant it. The best time to water in the future is in the morning, when there is less evaporation.
