The aim was to increase the cohesion, combat effectiveness, and centripetal force of our young employees, while also enriching their amateur cultural lives and igniting their passion for work. The team building and development activities were held on October 28, 2023.
Eighteen partners from various departments participated in a successful team-building activity at Linzhou Taihang Mountain Forest Sports Park. The main focus of the event was mountaineering, and everyone put forth their best efforts, encouraging one another as they climbed from one mountain to the next. Despite sweating, everyone enjoyed themselves, making it a memorable experience. It enabled young employees to understand the significance of collaboration and trust, fostering a positive team environment that highlighted the youthful style of Henan Jinbailai Industrial Co., Ltd.'s staff.
