1.Q:Does it smell?
   A:No. There is no smell given off from the burner.

2.Q: What happens if i spill the Bio Ethanol/alcohol?
   A:If you accidentally spill the fire gel, it can be easily removed with a soft damp cloth

3.Q:Are any building regulations related to eco fireplaces?
  A:Unlike normal fireplaces which require a chimney or a flue, gel fireplaces are not affected by building regulations.
